1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy describes how Panic Sell ("we", "us", "our", "the App") handles information in connection with your use of the Panic Sell mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information You Provide

Panic Sell does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.

2.2 Wallet Information

The App accesses your Solana wallet address solely to display your token balances and execute transactions you explicitly authorize. Your wallet address is a public blockchain identifier and is not considered private information under blockchain protocol standards.

2.3 Local Device Data

All App data — including your wallet addresses, transaction history, Stop Loss settings, and premium status — is stored locally on your device using Android's AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2.4 Transaction Data

When you execute a swap through the App, transaction data is broadcast to the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public, immutable, and permanent by design. We have no ability to modify or delete on-chain data.

2.5 Push Notifications

The App generates local push notifications for Stop Loss alerts. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external notification servers or transmission of data.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App interacts with the following third-party services to provide its core functionality:

Helius (helius.dev): Used to fetch token balances, token prices, and transaction data from the Solana blockchain. Please review Helius's Privacy Policy at helius.dev/privacy.
Jupiter (jup.ag): Used to obtain swap quotes and execute token swaps on the Solana blockchain. Please review Jupiter's Privacy Policy at jup.ag.
Solana RPC: Used to broadcast transactions to the Solana network.
CoinGecko (coingecko.com): Used to fetch token price data. Please review CoinGecko's Privacy Policy at coingecko.com/privacy.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

4. PRIVATE KEYS AND WALLET SECURITY

Panic Sell never requests, accesses, stores, or transmits your private keys or seed phrases. All transaction signing is performed exclusively by your wallet application (Seed Vault, Solflare, Jupiter Wallet, or Backpack) via the Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) protocol. We have no ability to initiate transactions without your explicit approval in your wallet app.

5. PREMIUM PURCHASES

Premium access is purchased via a one-time on-chain Solana transaction. We do not process, store, or have access to any payment information. Your premium status is verified by checking the on-chain transaction and stored locally on your device. We do not use any third-party payment processors.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18. If you believe a child has used our App, please contact us.

7. GDPR — RIGHTS OF EU/EEA USERS

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right of Access: You have the right to access any personal data we hold about you. As noted in this policy, we do not collect or store personal data on our servers.
Right to Erasure: You may delete all local App data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing App data in your device settings. Note that on-chain blockchain data cannot be deleted by its nature.
Right to Data Portability: All your data is stored locally on your device and is therefore under your direct control.
Right to Object: You may discontinue use of the App at any time.

As we do not collect or process personal data on our servers, we act as a data processor only in the limited sense of facilitating on-chain transactions you explicitly authorize.

8. DATA SECURITY

Since all App data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device security settings. We recommend enabling device encryption and using a strong screen lock. We have no access to your local data and cannot recover it if lost.

9. DATA RETENTION

We do not retain any data on our servers. Local App data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear App data. On-chain blockchain data is permanent by design.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
